Installation
Typically installations are scheduled with only 30 days notice, and the installation process takes one week. During that period, experienced medDISPENSE professionals work closely with you to optimize placement and use of the system.

Integration
medDISPENSE will interface with any information system that is HL7 compliant. We currently maintain several existing interfaces with various pharmacy information systems. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding an interface with your existing system.

Training
With the best user interface in the industry, medDISPENSE is easy to learn, easy to use. On average, most nurses are fully trained on our system in 10-15 minutes. Should staff changes occur, basic functions can be learned in around five minutes, and complete training is available online.
