Matt Crossett
Director of Customer Support

Matt Crossett joined medDISPENSE in June of 2005. Matt graduated from the University of South Florida in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing. Matt has accumulated 15 years of Management experience in the service and support industry.

Most recently, Matt was responsible for opening, managing and developing call centers, both domestic and internationally. He has developed call centers ranging from 3 associates upwards to 600 associates. Matt brings an extreme focus on quality and customer satisfaction to our technical support group in Tampa.
